Polished by Two offers handmade press-on nail sets, waterslide decals, custom nail designs, accessories, and related products.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design placement, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique nature of handmade items.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.

Orders

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities purchased

• Suspend or discontinue products

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate nail size.

Polished by Two provides sizing guides and sizing kit options to assist customers in determining the best fit.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Custom Orders

Custom Creations are personalized products created specifically for individual customers.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun:

• Orders cannot be canceled

• Refunds will not be issued

• Design changes may not be available

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups before production begins.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Polished by Two is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• Nail designs

• Artwork

• Logos

• Graphics

• Product photography

• Marketing materials

• Website content

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or sold without written permission.

Custom designs created by Polished by Two remain the intellectual property of Polished by Two unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Use & Safety

Press-on nails are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

Customers should:

• Follow all application instructions

• Follow all removal instructions

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs

Polished by Two is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from misuse, improper application, improper removal, or failure to follow instructions.

Customers with known sensitivities to adhesives, nail products, or cosmetic materials should use products with caution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polished by Two shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages

• Lost profits

• Loss of data

• Personal injury resulting from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
