Have a vision you can’t find in our existing collections? The Custom Design Studio transforms your inspiration into an original Polished by Two set designed specifically for you.

Share the images, colors, details, mood, or aesthetic that inspires you, then tell us what you love about it. Your inspiration can come from nail designs, an outfit, florals, artwork, an invitation, a color palette, a pattern—or anything else that captures the look you’re envisioning.

We’ll use those elements as creative direction to create a one-of-a-kind Polished by Two design, handcrafted specifically for your nails.

Starting at $95

Custom Design Studio sets start at $95. Final pricing is determined by the complexity, materials, and level of detail required to bring your vision to life.

We’ll review your inspiration within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. If your requested design requires pricing above the $95 starting price, we’ll contact you with the final price for approval before production begins.

No additional design charges will be applied without your approval.

How It Works

1. Share your inspiration.
Upload images that capture the colors, details, style, or overall feeling you love.

2. Tell us what speaks to you.
Let us know which elements you’d like incorporated, any must-haves, anything you’d prefer us to avoid, and how much creative freedom you’d like to give us.

3. Choose your shape and length.
Select the silhouette and length that best fits your style.

4. Confirm your fit.
Use your saved Polished by Two sizes, enter your known Polished by Two sizes, or request a Sizing Kit.

5. We create your set.
Once your sizing, design details, and any applicable additional pricing are confirmed, your custom set enters production.

Your Inspiration, Interpreted Your Way

You’ll have three ways to guide the creative process:

Stay close to my inspiration — We’ll keep the overall colors, details, and feel fairly close while creating an original Polished by Two interpretation.

Use it as creative direction — We’ll pull from the elements you love while giving Polished by Two room to make creative design decisions.

Surprise me within this aesthetic — Give us creative freedom to design within the mood, colors, and style you’ve shared.

Sizing

Custom Design Studio sets are created using your individual nail sizes.

If your Polished by Two sizes are already saved, simply select that option when ordering.

If you already know your Polished by Two sizes, enter the size of each nail directly on the product page.

If you need to determine your fit, select I need a Sizing Kit. We’ll prepare your kit in 1–3 business days. Your custom set will enter production after your completed sizing has been received and confirmed.

Production Time: 10–14 Business Days

Every Custom Design Studio set is individually designed and handcrafted for you.

The 10–14 business-day production window begins only after:

your sizing is confirmed, your design details are complete, and any applicable additional pricing has been approved.

Shipping time is additional.

A Note About Inspiration

Inspiration images are used as creative direction. Your finished set will be an original Polished by Two interpretation rather than an exact reproduction of another artist’s work.

Because you are commissioning an original design, a design mockup or proof is not automatically included. If we need clarification about your vision before production begins, we’ll contact you using the email associated with your order.
